AceShowbiz - HBO has finally released the first teaser trailer for the highly-anticipated season 4 of "Westworld". The teaser, which arrives more than two years after the show wrapped its third season, ends with a promising release date.

Titled "It doesn't look like anything to me", the teaser is set to Lou Reed's "Perfect Day". The video, which has no dialogue, offers glimpses of what Evan Rachel Wood's Dolores, Thandiwe Newton (Thandie Newton)'s Maeve and Aaron Paul's Caleb will be up to in the new season. It also shows Jeffrey Wright's Bernard standing in front of a burning tree.

Some scenes, meanwhile, suggest that there might be bugs in the system. Some footage is filled with a lot of flies, while at some point, there is a girl whose head splits while surrounded by bees. In the end, it's unveiled that season 4 of "Westworld" will debut on Sunday, June 26.

Returning cast includes Luke Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson as well as Angela Sarafyan. It remains unknown whether Ed Harris would be back after his last iteration got killed. However, he has some Man in Black action going on in the trailer.

Speaking about the upcoming season, Jeffrey told Deadline, "Season four is going to be more of the Westworld you've come to expect and more digging down into some issues and some technology that is going to look familiar to us, as always."

"Bernard is still trying to solve it all, and he is still very much a part of the struggle," he additionally shared of his character. "The struggle goes on, and Bernard is right there at the center of it. It's gonna be fun."

"Westworld" is created by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. The pair also serve as executive producers alongside Athena Wickham, Richard J. Lewis, Alison Schapker, Denise The, J.J. Abrams and Ben Stephenson.
