A representative for Mike 'Sugar Bear' Thompson reveals his dentist discovers what looks like possible cancer in his gum when he's undergoing a full makeover.

AceShowbiz - Honey Boo Boo's father, who has been undergoing numerous surgeries in the last few years, could be needing treatment for a more serious health issue. Mike Thompson a.k.a. Sugar Bear is suspected to have mouth cancer.
A representative for the reality TV star tells TMZ that Mike's dentist discovered what appeared to be a type of cancer in his mouth during a full makeover. The rep says the 50-year-old visited the dentist in Los Angeles on Thursday to get new teeth when the dentist found what looks like possible cancer of the lower gums.
As to what signs that led the dentist to alert Sugar Bear of a possible cancer, it's said that the dentist pointed out at multiple white spots on Sugar Bear's gums. The "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" alum was a chewing tobacco enthusiast for over a decade, which caused his teeth rotten and could have contributed to the possible cancer.
Sugar Bear is now going to see a cancer specialist, while his tooth makeover from Dr. Tania Farshi is on hold. The potential cancer discovery has reportedly affected Sugar Bear psychologically as it has left him gutted.
Sugar Bear has been undergoing a full makeover to boost his confidence after finalizing his divorce from Jennifer Lamb, whom he wed in 2017. He has had a hair transplant, Botox, filler, liposuction, tummy tuck, a new haircut and a fresh shave to transform his appearance.
The chalk miner was previously engaged to Honey Boo Boo a.k.a. Alana Thompson's mother, June Shannon a.k.a. Mama June, before their split in 2014. The "Mama June: From Not to Hot" star herself is currently dating Justin Stroud.
The pair recently sparked engagement rumors after they were spotted going jewelry shopping. The couple was photographed at a Kay Jewelers Store in the Auburn Mall in Auburn, Ala. in late March.
