After posting a TikTok video showing the basketball star visiting him in Wyoming, the makeup guru clarifies on his Instagram Stories that he just 'hung out with an old friend.'

AceShowbiz - Jeffree Star is patching things up with an ex, but is not necessarily back together yet. The YouTube star has set things straight on his relationship status after sparking reconciliation rumors with Andre Marhold.
The rumors began to swirl after Jeffree posted on TikTok a video of his reunion with his ex-boyfriend in Wyoming. In the clip, the pair were seen walking together around the makeup guru's yak farm when the basketball star visited him in Wyoming.
"When your ex-boyfriend flies to Wyoming to say sorry and meet my yaks," read the text overlay on the video. He added in the caption, "Apology accepted."
Jeffree was soon clowned by Internet users, with many suspecting that Andre wanted to reconnect with him because he needs money. "he brokeeeeee," one person said of Andree. Another made a similar claim, "He need a loan," while a baffled fan wrote, "I'm confused... i thought he robbed you."
But before the story spread like wildfire, Jeffree has put the brakes on the reconciliation speculation. Taking to his Instagram Stories, he confirmed that he's currently "single."
"I had fun on Tiktok today, but I just want to say it before everyone makes 10,000 fake stories about it…," he began saying in a video, "all jokes aside, I think that moving forward, healing and mending things with people from your past is very important. So, I hung out with an old friend, if you will and we had a really fun weekend but Jeffree…is very much single."
Jeffree and Andre began dating in August 2020, but they had a fallout only two months later. Things turned ugly as Jeffree accused Andre of stealing luxurious item from his house, which Andre denied. Andre later exposed Jeffree for allegedly paying him $10,000 to be his fake boyfriend because his career "was slowly dying" due to the racism scandal surrounding himself.
As to why he wanted to end their fake relationship, Andre claimed it was due to Jeffree's treatment to him. "He would cuss me out, hit me, say racist things to me, he threatened to sue me if I spoke etc," he said, making it clear that they never had sex. "I would never stoop that low nor have sex with a person who is racist and manipulative."
