AceShowbiz - Brandi Glanville has denied rumors suggesting that she had plastic surgery. When responding to the speculations, the former star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" claimed her face got swollen due to a gum infection.

The 49-year-old set the record straight via Twitter on Monday, April 25. "Ok I'm saying this once I had periodontal (gum) surgery on the right side of my mouth on my back right side because I had a cavity below the gum line," she tweeted.

"It is infected and swollen I am on my second round of antibiotics," the TV personality explained further. "When I do get plastic surgery I will be the first to say."

Brandi sparked the plastic surgery rumors after she shared videos from her "Unfiltered" podcast on Instagram. In the comment section of the April 18 post, one person asked, "Is that a Brandi imposter with bad plastic surgery? Holy s**t!!! That's bad, real bad."

Another user wondered, "Why mess with your face Brandy?" A seemingly disappointed fan replied, "Brandi, love you, but please stop with the fillers." Someone else echoed the sentiment, "Oh Brandi what have you done to your beautiful face sweetheart."

Last March, Brandi divulged that she accidentally burned her face from an accident with a psoriasis light after she's dubbed "unrecognizable" by a tabloid. "So this happened to me in December 2nd degree burns all over my face from an accident with a psoriasis light I am still healing & really didn't want to share these photos but since @DailyMail is attacking my looks her is the 411," she said alongside a photo of her face.

"Honestly it's not something I want it out there or I wanted to share at all and it was so depressing," she continued. "I just feel like I have to defend myself I'm still healing."

In November, Brandi informed her online devotees that she got a snow peel to remove her scars. "I had a beautiful Thanksgiving with my modern family I didn't take any photos because I'm healing from a snow peel my face is swollen my left eyelid barely works but hopefully it will help with my scars from Covid and my burns," she pointed out.
