The A$AP Mob member, who is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, has gotten his freedom back after being escorted out of the terminal in handcuffs upon his arrival from Barbados with Rihanna.

AceShowbiz - A$AP Rocky has finally gotten his freedom back. The A$AP Mob member has been released from prison after paying his $550K bail following his arrest at LAX over an alleged shooting that occured in November last year.

On Wednesday, April 20, the 33-year-old emcee hip-hop star was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department upon his arrival from Barbados with Rihanna, who is currently pregnant with their first child. It's reported that he was taken out of the terminal in handcuffs. The LAPD made the arrest with help from Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations.

The LAPD later detailed the arrest via Twitter. "Early this morning, LAPD officers arrested Mayers for assault with a deadly weapon (firearm) at the Los Angeles International Airport," read the tweet. "The case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office for filing consideration."

Following his arrest, it's reported that police finished their search at Rocky's house as they left with a box of potential evidence. The "Praise the Lord" spitter, born Rakim Mayers, had been under investigation by the LAPD for the November 6, 2021 incident.

Rocky reportedly shot at an alleged victim three to four times near Vista Del Mar and Selma Avenue around 10:20 P.M following an argument. The victim sustained a minor injury from the incident and later sought medical treatment.

As for his trip to Barbados, Rocky and RiRi flew to her home after they were hit with split rumors. The "vile" speculations suggested that he had an affair with Amina Muaddi, a shoe designer. However, a Twitter user had issued an apology for stirring the rumors. "Last night I made a dumb decision to tweet some information I had received," @LOUIS_via_ROMA penned on Friday, April 15.

"I'm not going to talk about sources, blame others for a discussion that was started, etc because at the end of the day I made the decision to draft that tweet, press send and put that out with my name on it," the individual added. "So I'd like to formally apologize to all parties I involved with my actions and for my reckless tweet."

"I fully accept the consequences of my actions for my tweets and any harm they caused," the user continued. "I have no excuse for it, I've been way too wrapped up in Twitter drama and unfortunately leaned into being messy as a brand which is something going forward I'm going to move away from."
