AceShowbiz - It might be a rough week for A$AP Rocky. Days after he was accused of cheating on his girlfriend Rihanna, the A$AP Mob member was reportedly arrested on gun charges at Los Angeles International Airport in connection to a November 2021 shooting.

The 33-year-old emcee was taken into custody by the Los Angeles Police Department upon its arrival from Barbados with the "Umbrella" hitmaker, who is currently pregnant with their first child together. NBC News reported that the Fenty Beauty founder was present at the time of his arrest, which took place on Wednesday morning, April 20.

Rocky, born Rakim Mayers, had been under investigation by the LAPD for a November 6, 2021 incident, where he reportedly shot at an alleged victim 3 to 4 times near Vista Del Mar and Selma Avenue around 10:20 P.M following an argument. Acccording to police reports, one of the bullets grazed his left hand.

In a statement on Twitter, the LAPD detailed, "Early this morning, LAPD officers arrested Mayers for assault with a deadly weapon (firearm) at the Los Angeles International Airport." It added, "The case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office for filing consideration."

Meanwhile, TMZ reported that police finished their search at Rocky's house as they left with a box of potential evidence. According to the outlet, his bond was set at $550,000.

Rocky and Rihanna went to Barbados amid gossips suggesting they broke up because he had an affair with shoe designer, Amina Muaddi. However, a Twitter user has apologized for stirring the rumors. "Last night I made a dumb decision to tweet some information I had received," @LOUIS_via_ROMA penned on Friday, April 15.

"I'm not going to talk about sources, blame others for a discussion that was started, etc because at the end of the day I made the decision to draft that tweet, press send and put that out with my name on it," the individual added. "So I'd like to formally apologize to all parties I involved with my actions and for my reckless tweet."

"I fully accept the consequences of my actions for my tweets and any harm they caused," the user continued. "I have no excuse for it, I've been way too wrapped up in Twitter drama and unfortunately leaned into being messy as a brand which is something going forward I'm going to move away from."
