After being banned from entering the courtroom following her social media behavior, the mother of the model vows to 'get that judge' during an Instagram Live session.

AceShowbiz - Blac Chyna's mom has expressed her disappointment toward a judge who is presiding over her daughter's lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner clan. Tokyo Toni has threatened the judge after she was banned from the courtroom following her public rant against the famous family.

Tokyo was banned from entering the court on Tuesday, April 19. She later responded to the ban during an Instagram Live session. In a clip obtained by TMZ, the mom of the 33-year-old model vowed, "I'm gonna get that judge," before adding that the jury gave a "bad judgment."

The drama began after Toni stated that Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian, all of whom were present for jury selection, "looked scary" in real life, before attacking several of them individually. "It's just so sad. Then Khloe was shaking her f**king head off everything every juror said," she told the viewers during an Instagram livestream.

"You all right, b***h? Did you have some Xanax or something before you got there, b***h?" Tokyo added. She then described Kris as "old and decrepit," and compared her to Jigsaw, a murderous clown doll, from the "Saw" movie franchise. She also said, "Kris had on a f**king crusty a** tan suit with one button," before adding that the Kardashians "looked dead" and "homeless."

Later, the Kardashians' attorney Michael Rhodes talked to the court about Tokyo's social media behavior. "She cannot be in this courtroom if this is how she is going to conduct herself," said the lawyer. "Miss Jenner was physically worried this morning about her safety. A trial like this is hard. It's a lot harder if I have to worry about my clients' safety."

Michael also discussed the seating arrangement in court. He insisted that it's unfair that the Kardashians had to sit in the public area while Blac, who is seeking $108 million for defamation and "interference with contract" that led to "Rob & Chyna" being canceled, and her mom were allowed to sit at the plaintiff's table.

Meanwhile, Blac's attorney, Lynne Ciani, told the court that she already warned the social media personality to control her mom Tokyo. "I have told my client that if she cannot control her mother if she says something inappropriate, she cannot come into the courtroom," said the lawyer.

On Monday, April 18, Kim, Khloe, Kris and Kylie as well as Blac and Tokyo attended the jury selection for the upcoming trial. During the meeting, the Kardashians were left annoyed after a potential juror brought up Kim's sex tape scandal.

After the Kardashian-Jenner family's attorney Michael asked a group of potential jurors if they had strong positive or negative feelings toward reality television, one potential juror, a man who appeared to be in his 50s or 60s, claimed that he'd never watched "Keeping Up with the Kardashians". He later confessed that he "watched [Kim] Kardashian's sex tape," adding that he "doesn't think [he] can be impartial on this case."

Khloe then quickly tried to comfort Kim by fixing her older sister's long dark hair after the other potential jurors burst out laughing. The said potential juror later added that he "can't be neutral" as he's "going to be playing that sex tape in [his] head and possibly not listening too closely" during the proceedings. Upon hearing the shocking revelation, Kris shook her head.
