After a potential juror reveals that he 'can't be neutral' as he has watched Kim's sex tape and 'would be replaying it in his head' during the proceedings, the Kardashian-Jenner clan looks disgusted.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner were clearly not happy to hear about Kim's sex tape during jury selection for the upcoming Blac Chyna defamation trial. The Kardashian-Jenner clan looked "annoyed" after a potential juror brought up the issue.

On Monday, April 18, the Kardashian-Jenner family's attorney Michael Rhodes asked a group of potential jurors if they had strong positive or negative feelings toward reality television, per Page Six. One potential juror, a man who appeared to be in his 50s or 60s, claimed that he'd never watched "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" but noted, "I have watched [Kim] Kardashian's sex tape and I don't think I can be impartial on this case."

The other potential jurors then burst out laughing at the response. Khloe then quickly tried to comfort Kim by fixing her older sister's long dark hair. The potential juror then added that he "can't be neutral" as he's "going to be playing that sex tape in [his] head and possibly not listening too closely" during the proceedings. Upon hearing the shocking revelation, Kris shook her head.

Kim kept her gaze toward the front of the courtroom but Khloe looked visibly annoyed by the comments. Soon after, Kim, Khloe, Kylie and Kris, who sat in the first row of the audience seats alongside their security team, walked out of the courtroom for a break. Rob Kardashian wasn't present.

Also attending the jury selection were Blac, who is seeking $108 million for "defamation, intentional interference with contract and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage," her lawyer Lynne Ciani and her mother Tokyo Toni. In the courtroom, Lynne asked if potential jurors felt they could render a fair verdict in the case where Blac is accusing the Kardashians of defamation and "interference with contract" that led to "Rob & Chyna" being cancelled.

"I have a hard time caring at all about celebrity defamation," responded one of the panel. Another said, "This case could be decided by a judge," noting that "it's a waste of time for a jury." When asked about awarding damages in the case, several potential jurors seemed skeptical about either side deserving to win. "I can tell you sincerely that I hope none of these people get any wealthier," one opined.

In 2017, Blac filed a lawsuit against the whole Kardashian-Jenner family, including Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, over claims of assault, battery, domestic violence, defamation and interference with prospective economic relations. The 33-year-old reality star, who shares 5-year-old daughter Dream with Rob, accused her ex of being an "abuser" and his family of being "media predators" who pulled the plug on the former couple's show.
