AceShowbiz - Karrueche Tran has helped Quavo celebrate his special day despite insisting that their relationship is platonic. The model/actress has been spotted stepping out to attend the rapper's recent birthday celebration.
On Monday night, April 4, the 33-year-old looked gorgeous in a strapless minidress that featured a bright yellow, pink and orange swirl pattern that clung to her svelte figure as she arrived at Nightingale Plaza in Los Angeles. She teamed it with strappy turquoise blue sequined heels as she made her way into the venue.
Karrueche accessorized with large silver hoop earrings, a diamond watch and diamond rings, and carried a small orange leather handbag. Her long raven hair was pulled back into a sleek ponytail.
To celebrate his 31st birthday, which actually fell on Saturday, April 2, Quavo threw a glow-themed bash. In keeping with the theme, the rapper donned a neon glow-in-the-dark tie-dye ensemble that consisted of a denim vest, jeans and a long-sleeved shirt with black fishnet sleeves.
The "No Brainer" spitter had his face painted with glow-in-the-dark makeup to resemble a masquerade mask with a black cross in the center of his forehead. He flashed a peace sign and held a joint in his other hand as he stepped through the entrance at the club.
Karrueche and Quavo were first romantically linked to each other in 2017 after being spotted together numerous times that year. However, they maintained that they were just "good friends" at the time.
The dating rumors started to swirl again after they were seemingly spotted on vacation together in St. Martin in early 2022. They added fuel to the speculation after they were pictured hitting celebrity hotspot The Nice Guy in West Hollywood for a possible dinner date in March.
The 33-year-old actress, however, later told The Shade Room that there's no truth to the dating speculation. "No, we are not," she said. She repeated the denial to TMZ, claiming, "We're friends! … I'm single. We're having fun and enjoying life, nothing is serious. We have fun, we're friends!"
