While people still think it's weird for a woman to date a shorter man, these female celebrities are proving that their men's height isn't a key to a happy relationship.

AceShowbiz - Peter Dinklage, best known for playing Tyrion Lannister on "Game of Thrones", and Erica Schmidt also don't see any problem with their height difference. The 4'4" tall actor, who has a form of dwarfism called achondroplasia, is happily married to his wife, who is 5'6" tall.

Back in 2019, Peter said that being "politically" correct" about dwarfism can be "damaging." He also used an example of a child in the street pointing at him, saying, "[If] the parent has him look the other way, what's that kid going to grow up into? Somebody who can't make eye contact with somebody who's four and a half feet tall?" He added, "That's sad, to me. I understand it in the moment, because they don't want to embarrass me."

Though so, Erica seemingly doesn't care about Peter's height. The couple began dating in the early 2000s and got engaged by November 2004. The notoriously private couple then exchanged their vows in Las Vegas back in 2005. In a new interview, Peter admitted that he was "self-saboteur" in relationships before meeting Erica, noting that he "was guilty of always falling for someone where it wasn't reciprocated."
