According to the 'Say It' spitter's defense lawyer, Shawn Holley, LAPD Detective Ryan Stogner confirms during the preliminary hearing that the hard evidence can't be found which may lead to other possibilities.

AceShowbiz - Tory Lanez's attorney Shawn Holley has given more details on Tuesday's (December 14) preliminary hearing regarding his client's Megan Thee Stallion shooting case. According to the "Say It" rapper's lawyer, Los Angeles Police Department Detective Ryan Stogner confirmed that bullet fragments from the "Savage" hitmaker's ankles "cannot be located."

On Wednesday, December 15, Shawn told TMZ, "On cross-examination, Detective Stogner admitted that the bullet fragments allegedly removed from Ms. Pete's ankles cannot be located." According to the outlet, the fragments would be hard evidence to prove it was a bullet and not glass in the "Hot Girl Summer" raptress' foot.

During a preliminary hearing on Tuesday in Los Angeles, detective Ryan confirmed that Tory shouted, "Dance, b***h, dance" at Megan before allegedly shooting at her feet. Ryan also shared that "[Megan] observed Mr. Peterson holding a firearm and then she observed him start to shoot."

"Megan immediately felt pain to her feet, observed blood, fell to the ground, and then crawled to an adjacent driveway of a residence," the detective added. "She described her injuries as bleeding profusely."

Ryan stated that Tory apologized for shooting Megan and "offered her money and begged her to please not say anything." The detective also said Megan told him that Tory made "a reference to the fact he was already on probation."

Upon learning Ryan's testimony, Tory's defense lawyer Shawn revealed that an "argument in the car" escalated the situation when it was unveiled that Megan and Tory were in some sort of intimate relationship. Shawn further noted that Kelsey Nicole, who was hanging with Tory and Megan at the time, had a romantic interest in Tory and when their relationship was revealed, she "got jealous" and claimed Megan "back-doored" her.

Shawn then claimed Tory told police in an interview captured on bodycam footage that "[he] was just trying to protect [his] girl." Shawn went on quoting Tory as saying, " 'I was just trying to help my girlfriend. I was just trying to help my shortie.' "

After reports of him shouting "dance b***h" at Megan circulated online, Tory took to his Twitter account to respond. "NAH … I need someone to REPORT what was REALLY said in court today," the 29-year-old rapper wrote. He then called the allegations "false story" as saying, "45 minutes of my lawyer stating contradictory evidence that proves my innocence should never come back as one false story forced to the media."

After the preliminary hearing, Kelsey accused Tory's defense lawyer of lying. She wrote via Instagram, "This is ALL cap. smh," adding a blue cap emoji. She also responded to a commenter who asked why she hasn't spoken out about the incident.

"I'm not worried about no NDA, this is real life S**t. NDA ain't stopping anyone. Trust me my time to speak is coming, let's let them get all their stories out," Kelsey explained. "I'm the one with nothing to hide Or lie about. Difference between me and them. Celebrities will do and say whatever to save face."

Megan was also dissatisfied with the latest news coverage of Tory shooting trial. The "Body" raptress expressed her frustrations via Twitter, accusing the press of downplaying the shooting, which landed her in a hospital.

"I've been SHOT and the focus of some these headlines are dismissing that I was attacked with a WEPON [sic] WHILE I WAS UNARMED and trying to paint it as a cat fight between friends," Megan fumed after it's reported that witness told police the female rapper had a fight with Kelsey before she was shot. She added, "Why do I have to relive this with everyone on the internet every day ? And watch y'all gaslight me."

In a separate post, Megan penned, "Don't blogs/ journalists have to have accurate/ credible sources before going with a story ?" She continued criticizing the media, "Or is it just like a new I got paid to post this or I heard out from my home girl type policy these days."
