The NBA player alleges in court documents, obtained from legal war with baby mama, that she has been diagnosed with herpes and may have given him the STD.

AceShowbiz - More details of the nasty legal fight between Tristan Thompson and his latest baby mama Maralee Nichols continued to unfold on the internet for everyone to see.
In newly-surfaced court documents, the Sacramento Kings player alleged herpes was the "medical reasons" why fitness trainer Maralee scheduled induced labor on December 1.
"Since opening up our private files to the media, I have been contacted by a source confirming that I should be checked because Petitioner [Maralee] has been diagnosed with herpes," he stated in the documents. "Therefore, it would make sense that Petitioner had to have a designated delivery date."
He also claimed he was not the only athlete to get involved with Maralee, "Petitioner told me that she had been involved with other athletes and understood the limitations of our relationship; to-wit, that we might see each other on a sporadic basis for consensual casual sex only."
He doubted the baby was even his and wanted a DNA test done as soon as possible. He accused Maralee of moving from Texas to California in a scheme to get more money from him following her pregnancy.
He used Snapchat with username "blkjesus00" to communicate with Maralee and insisted he only talked to her about "when" and "where" they could hook up. "We saw each other sporadically between December 2020 and March 13, 2021," he claimed.
"As I stated, our relationship was based on sex. We did not have any dates in the traditional sense at anytime; there were no dining at restaurants, going to movies, traveling or any other indicia of a normalized relationship. There was only Snapchats of 'where' and 'what time' we would hook up and what hotels would be used. There are no paparazzi or other media photographs depicting any alleged relationship between us," he reiterated his casual relationship with Maralee.
