AceShowbiz - Madonna is giving her fans and followers a treat to snapshots of Rocco Ritchie. Following her recent racy photos controversy, the "Papa Don't Preach" singer shared stunning snaps of her son on her social media account.
On Tuesday, December 14, the proud mom took to her Instagram Story to upload black-and-white photos of her 21-year-old son, who showed off his fit physique. The 1950s Hollywood movie-themed photo shoot saw him posing in a white T-shirt and fashioning his hair into a quiff.
In one of the retro images, Rocco, who is Madonna and ex-husband Guy Richie's son, smiled slightly as he gazed away from the camera. In another snap, he could be seen holding a glass of what appeared to be juice and rolling his short sleeves up, revealing his muscular arms.
In another shot, Rocco channeled his inner James Dean as he held a suspicious-looking cigarette while facing away from the camera. The 63-year-old star captioned the pictures, "California son."
Madonna is no stranger to posting photos of her kids. Prior to sharing photos of Rocco, the mom of six was accused by social media critics of photoshopping herself into a snap of her daughter Lourdes Leon.
Madonna allegedly added her photo to Lourdes' photograph for PAPER magazine's January issue. The "Material Girl" singer shared the snap with a caption that read, "We're in The Band!!!" In the original shot, Lourdes wore purple eyeshadow and a leather bikini and posed in front of model Zack Necht, who covered half his face with a skull-print snood.
Shortly after posting the image, Madonna was branded "desperate." Many Internet trolls also ordered her to "stop." One Instagram user commented, "Stop trying to look 20 years old. Whatever happened to ageing gracefully and with dignity?!"
"Other celebrities edit pics but not when they're 63 edited to look 20. Not one other celebrity does that," another added. In the meantime, a third simply wrote, "You are way too desperate. Please stop."
Recently, Madonna also shocked fans by posing racy bedroom snaps on her Instagram page. Her NSFW photos were even taken down by Instagram for a nip slip. The images showed her posing around a bed whilst wearing a bra, thong, fishnet stockings and heels. In two of the photos, the performer can be seen lying on a bed with her left nipple exposed, which she was later criticized for.
