'The Good Place' alum, who has vocally supported the Black Lives Matter movement, is under fire after she appears on Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's social media page.

AceShowbiz - Kristen Bell has landed in hot water. The former star of "The Good Place" has been dragged by social media critics after posing for photos with Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputies.

On Sunday, November 21, LASD's official Instagram page shared a series of photos that saw the 41-year-old actress smiling with the cops. In the first slide, she put her arm around two police officers. In the following snap, she gave a thumbs up to the camera while posing with a deputy.

The LASD captioned the post, "Today, we had the absolute pleasure of meeting @KristenBell, who was hands down, the kindest human ever." The caption continued to read, "There truly never is a dull moment at Lancaster!" The LASD also posted the photo with a similar caption via Twitter.

One Twitter user under the username @robinpetering wrote, "Wow this sucks so much @KristenBell. Taking pictures with deputy gang members #LASDgangs." A separate user replied, "Oof that's not cute." Another Twitter user penned, "She's also a landlord she knows what side they're on."

A separate person dug at the police in general as saying, "Yeah, I suppose you probably don't come across many kind people when your coworkers are all cops." Meanwhile, another accused Kristen of not aligning with the values of her television show "The Good Place". The comment that included a GIF sticker that read, "This is The Bad Place," stated, "Ted Danson endorsing Bloomberg and now u do this ……..y'all really learned nothing from this show."

"These people be so precious with their 'brand' then turnaround and be like 'lemme do this quick photo op with some violent agents of the state in an ugly beanie,' " added another. In the meantime, someone else said, "Hey @KristenBell did you tweet #blacklivesmatter. cuz this ain't it."

One person fumed, "@KristenBell made all these posts but didn't seem to learn a damn thing last summer," adding screenshots of Kristen's Instagram activity at that time. In one photo, there were several women holding signs that read, "Karens against police brutality" and "I'd like to speak to the manager of systemic racism please."

"I'll forgive her," a separate Twitter user noted. The tweet added, "Based on the pic she looks a little stoned, I'm guessing a few selfies are easier to deal with than a pot arrest. Even for the super privileged."

Kristen hasn't responded to the backlash. The wife of Dax Shepard has neither commented on the LASD's posts nor "liked" them.
