When shutting down the ongoing speculations, Tommy Williams Jr. says in a new interview that his family members haven't 'seen' signs of dementia amid the TV hostess' health scare.

AceShowbiz - Wendy Williams' brother Tommy Williams Jr. is shutting down rumors saying the daytime diva is currently battling dementia. When putting the speculations to rest, the brother of "The Wendy Williams Show" host said that she's "normal."

"We haven't had any alerts like that and I haven't seen anything like that or have had conversations with her that would lead me to believe that," the 54-year-old told The Sun. "We routinely go up and check on Wendy even though we're all down here in Florida."

Tommy then stated that the daytime diva is mentally well enough to possibly travel to see her family in Florida for the upcoming holiday weekend. "I am trying to find out if she's coming down for Thanksgiving. I mean...she's normal like that," he added.

Tommy explained further that his family always checks up on Wendy's condition. "I try to make it up there and my dad speaks with Wendy frequently. So no, we don't have any concerns concerning her mental state. It's all physical," so he said.

The speculations came after hosts on the "Rickey Smiley Morning Show" shared a report that Wendy may not be up for her hosting duties because she's allegedly suffering from dementia. "It's not looking really good... Word on the street is Wendy is confined to a wheelchair," they said.

They continued that Wendy "has lost all blood circulation in her legs and her feet" and her return to her show is up in the air. They added, "We gotta pray for Wendy. We know that she's been battling with addiction, alcoholism, all that good stuff, and it's also been reported that Wendy has been suffering from the early stages of dementia."

Amid Wendy's absence from her iconic purple chair, it's reported that Leah Remini and "Rupaul's Drag Race" judge Michelle Visage will return to the daytime show. Leah and Michelle will serve as co-hosts for two full weeks of episodes beginning on Monday, November 29 through Friday, December 10.

Earlier this month, Wendy was spotted for the first time since giving an update on her health status amid her absence on the talk show. The 57-year-old media personality was seen in a wheelchair as she was pushed by a male companion in New York City.
