The 'Ambition for Cash' rhymer previously sparked concerns among his fans as he quit social media shortly after news broke of his cousin's tragic passing in a shooting.

AceShowbiz - Key Glock has finally broken his silence after he took a break from social media in the wake of Young Dolph's sudden and tragic passing. Clearly still grieving over the loss, the "Russian Cream" emcee briefly returned to Instagram to reveal his feeling.

Glock, whose real name is Markeyvius LaShun Cathey, appeared to get irritated by similar questions from his fans and friends about how he is doing following his cousin's passing. So he took the opportunity to tell them that he is actually not okay.

Taking to his Instagram Story on Sunday, November 21, the 24-year-old rap star wanted his followers to "STOP asking me if I'm ok" when they know "damn well I ain't.." He added a single broken heart emoji.

Glock previously sparked concerns among his fans after he appeared to quit social media. On November 17, the day Dolph was shot and killed in Memphis, he wiped off all his previously uploaded photos on Instagram. He also deactivated his Twitter account altogether, though it has now returned.

Glock was taken under Dolph's wing when he entered the game. He was signed to the late rapper's record label Paper Route Empire in 2017 and collaborated with Dolph, who is also his cousin, on 2019's "Dum and Dummer" and 2020's "Dum and Dummer 2".

Dolph was gunned down in Memphis on November 17 when he was shopping at Makeda's Homemade Cookies. He was in town for his annual Thanksgiving giveaway, which was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. The event was eventually carried on by his team on Friday.

The search for the shooters remains at large, but police have located a car which was allegedly used by the suspects to get away. The vehicle, a white 2-door Mercedes Benz, was located Saturday, November 20 in the Orange Mound neighborhood of South Memphis on the 1100 block of Bradley Street.
