The 'Bodak Yellow' hitmaker shares her reaction to the actress' compliment after Winnie Harlow gives the label to Nicki Minaj at MTV's 2021 Europe Music Awards.

AceShowbiz - Cardi B is seemingly not impressed with Halle Berry's compliment for her. The "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker did not react much after the "Bruised" leading lady called her the "Queen of Hip-Hop".

Halle mentioned Cardi's name while hosting a premiere for the new movie, which features a soundtrack full of female rappers, which was curated by the two. "I reached out to Cardi b because she's the Queen of Hip hop," the actress said at the Saturday, November 13 event.

However, Winnie Harlow begged to differ. While presenting at MTV's 2021 Europe Music Awards on Sunday, the model gave the label to Nicki Minaj by describing the "Anaconda" femcee as "the one and only Queen of Hip-Hop."

Both remarks sparked debate between Cardi and Nicki's fans. However, the wife of Offset encouraged her online devotees to focus on checking out Halle's movie instead of getting involved in the disagreement.

"I know how some of you girls like to tussle over this typa childish s**t… but ntm on Halle Berry," the mother of two wrote on Twitter. "Anyway her movie #BRUISED dropping THAT SHE DIRECTED HERSELF on Netflix on November 24th. The FIRST female rap movie soundtrack!! we produced together out this FRIDAY!"

Cardi and Nicki aren't huge fans of each other since their feud years ago. In late October, the "WAP" hitmaker seemingly threw shade at the latter and her husband Kenneth Petty as she reacted to a Barb commenting on the possibility of her facing four-year prison sentence on assault charges.

At that time, Cardi caught a troll's tweet suggesting that she need to "get best lawyers out there cause yk damn well Offset ain't gon be there for your kids." In response, she shouted back, "My man is allow to be with his kids so what's your point ?"

People believed that the "F9" actress was throwing a jab at Nicki's husband Kenneth. As a registered sex offender, he has to work around California law to simply spend time with his kids.
