The Motley Crue frontman is reported to have been rushed to the hospital after taking a tumble while performing 'Don't Go Away Mad (Just Go Away)' at the Monster on the Mountain festival.

AceShowbiz - Vince Neil is recovering from a stage fall at a concert in Tennessee on Friday night, October 15. The Motley Crue rocker was rushed to hospital after taking a tumble at the Monster on the Mountain festival in Pigeon Forge with his solo band.

Sources claim he was only a few songs into his set when he fell through a gap between a speaker and the stage, and had to be helped to his feet by a roadie and a security guard. He reportedly fell while performing "Don't Go Away Mad (Just Go Away)."

Bassist Dana Strum told the crowd, "Vince fell and broke ribs... He can't breathe and he's gonna get dealt with medically. He was so excited to be here. He lives in Tennessee. But he was willing to stick it out and tough it out when the people back here were telling him, 'Don't do it.' Let's have one good round of applause, please, for this guy."

The band carried on without Vince, with guitarist Jeff Blando taking over lead vocals.

This was not the first time Vince had to bow out early during a live performance. In late May, the 60-year-old rocker hit the stage for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic began. He, however, struggled to complete the headlining gig, and gave up while in the middle of singing "Girls, Girls, Girls".

Speaking to the crowd at the Boone Iowa River Valley Festival in Boone, Iowa, Vince said, "Hey, guys… I'm sorry, you guys. It's been a long time playin'. My fuckin' voice is gone… Eh… We love you, and we'll hopefully see you next time, man. Take care."
