AceShowbiz - Kelly Price is giving an update on her current condition amid her COVID-19 battle. Taking to her social media platform, the "Friend of Mine" songstress assured her fans and followers that she's "getting stronger everyday."

On Wednesday, October 13, the 48-year-old singer shared a note that read, "Sis is following dr's orders. Sis is getting stronger everyday. Sis is working hard to get back to the music. Sis is focused." The gospel singer added, "Sis is eliminating stress from everywhere and everyone who presents it no matter who they are."

"Sis is working hard to be better than I was before COVID, before the pandemic, before the deaths and the losses, before the heartbreaks and the pain," Kelly continued. The "You Should've Told Me" songstress then assured her fans that she "will be better than she was before the craziness."

Elsewhere in her post, Kelly wrote, "I thank God for another chance at life. I thank God for everyone who 'gets it.' " The musician went on saying, "I even thank God for those who don't get it, those who insult me and those who judge what they know nothing about…you have a role in what propels me to chapter next as well."

"Everyone can have their opinion but God has the final say! #ChapterNext is being written now," Kelly concluded her post. "Sis is writing the next chapter." The "As We Lay" singer also included hashtags that read, "#IAmSis #SisIsMe."

On September 18, Kelly was listed as a missing person in Georgia following a welfare check conducted at her home after her family hadn't heard from her in a few weeks amid her COVID battle. Though the officials stated that they found "no evidence of foul play," the police listed the singer as missing with the National Crime Information Center.

Following her controversial disappearance, Kelly admitted that she "died" of COVID-19 in a new interview. On September 26, she explained that she's been isolated and avoiding her family. "At some point, they lost me," she shared.

"I woke up some days later -- a couple of days later and the first thing I remember is the team of doctors standing around me and asking me if I knew what year it was," Kelly continued. When she's asked to clarify, she responded, "I died."
