'Full House' Star Marla Sokoloff Announces Third Pregnancy Months After Father's Death

The soon-to-be third-time mother admits that her pregnancy 'truly feels like an extra special gift' given by her father after she lost him at the beginning of this year.

AceShowbiz - Marla Sokoloff is going to be a third-time mother. The former "Fuller House" star has unveiled that she is expecting her baby No. 3 with her husband Alec Puro after she lost her father at the beginning of this year.

"The Practice" actress confirmed that she is pregnant with a baby girl in an interview with PEOPLE published on Wednesday, October 13. "2021 gave us the surprise of our lives...baby girl coming early 2022," she told the outlet, before adding, "After losing my dad at the beginning of the year, this truly feels like an extra special gift that he sent to me."

Of her pregnancy, Marla told the publication that her two daughters, 9-year-old Elliotte Anne and 6-year-old Olive Mae, are "so excited" to welcome the new addition to the family. "They are going to be the most amazing big sisters," so said the "Whatever It Takes" star.

Marla, who tied the knot with her husband Alec during an evening ceremony in Beverly Hills in November 2009, also turned to her Instagram account to share the exciting news. "One… Two…THREE! [love] Ahhh! Our sweet surprise little lady coming early 2022," she wrote alongside a sweet family photo.

In the comment section, many of her fans and celebrity pals sent her congratulatory messages. "Omg!!!! Amazing!!! Congrats! [love]," wrote Genevieve Cortese, while Candace Cameron chimed in, "What?!!!!!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Meanwhile, a fan joked, "Congratulations! I can tell that A is already calculating the costs of three weddings!" A second wrote, "Oh my goodness!!!!! I'm so happy for you! You're incredible to do all you do!"

Prior to announcing her pregnancy, Marla celebrated National Daughter's Day with her two little girls in September with a sweet tribute on her Instagram page. "E & O. My heart. [love] #nationaldaughtersday #girlmom," the "Sugar & Spice" actress wrote alongside a series of photos of her young daughters.
