The 'Wipe Me Down' spitter was charged with criminal damage to property, inciting a riot, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass and spent a night in jail.

AceShowbiz - Boosie Badazz (Lil Boosie) had a brief jail stint due to a recent altercation. The rapper has been arrested following a fight that occurred during his performance in Atlanta earlier this month.

According to TMZ, a spokesperson at the Fulton County Jail reveals that the Baton Rogue native was taken into custody on Monday, October 11 and was charged with criminal damage to property, inciting a riot, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. A mug shot obtained by the site shows him wearing a plain white T-shirt and giving a blank expression when he was booked.

Boosie, whose real name is Torrence Ivy Hatch Jr., only spent a night behind bars. The spokesperson adds that the 38-year-old was released on Tuesday afternoon after signing his own bond.

The fight broke out during Boosie's performance on Saturday, October 2 as part of the "Legendz of the Streetz Tour". During his set, a man exited the DJ booth and confronted another man onstage.

The "Wipe Me Down" MC and his entourage reportedly got involved in the brawl. They also allegedly damaged items that belonged to their production company and destroyed property owned by the arena. Atlanta Police Department was called to the venue for vandalism around 12:41 A.M. local time.

The following day, he was removed from the "Legendz of the Streetz Tour". Blasting the concert officials, he said, "THIS IS THE MOVE THEY PULLING OFF ON THE TOUR SO U CANT GET REFUNDS ,READ IT CLEAR LOL LIKE PEOPLE GO READ A SIDE DOOR LOL S**T OUT TO ALL MY BALTIMORE FANS LOVE YALL."

This is hardly the first time Boosie had a run-in with the law. In 2011, he was sentenced to eight years in state prison after pleading guilty to drug charges. He was released in 2014 and remained on parole until 2018.
