Jennifer Hough, the victim in Kenneth Petty's 1995 first-degree attempted rape, is currently suing the father of one and the 'Anaconda' femcee for alleged harassment.

AceShowbiz - A woman suing Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty for harassment won't let the couple ignore her lawsuit. Jennifer Hough, the victim in Kenneth's 1995 first-degree attempted rape, is reportedly seeking a default judgment against the couple.

Revealing the news was Hollywood Unlocked on Monday, October 11. The outlet reported that Jennifer has filed a default judgment that could be $15M against the "Anaconda" hitmaker and her spouse.

In a request to Douglas Palmer of U.S. District Court - Eastern District of New York, Jennifer's lawyer, Tyrone A Blackburn, asks to "please enter the default of defendants Onika Tanya Maraj, and Kenneth Petty, AKA Zoo, pursuant to Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to plead or otherwise defend this action as fully appears from the court file herein and from the attached affirmation of Tyrone A. Blackburn, Esq."

Jennifer filed her lawsuit against Nicki and Kenneth in August. She accused the duo of intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment as well as witness intimidation.

Jennifer claimed Nicki sent her lawyers to her home to pressure her into withdrawing her rape allegations. Prior to that, the "Starships" raptress allegedly tried to bribe Jennifer's brother through her assistants. The attempts, however, didn't work.

Later in September, Jennifer slammed Nicki and Kenneth during her appearance on "The Real". Speaking to hosts Garcelle Beauvais and Adrienne Bailon, she said, "I feel like the actions that were taken in regards to this whole situation have put me in a different type of fear... and it was wrong. I don't want to be afraid anymore. So the only way not to be afraid is to continue to speak up."

Kenneth was convicted and placed on a sex offender list, but Nicki has always maintained her husband and Jennifer were dating at the time of the incident, insisting he was 15 at the time. To the claim, Jennifer said, "It wasn't true." She added, "We both were 16, we were never in a relationship. I just felt woman to woman that was wrong of her."
