AceShowbiz - Irina Shayk and Kanye West are still an item and she doesn't appreciate false reports stating otherwise. The model is reportedly not happy after news emerged that she and the rapper have broken up.

"Irina is so upset at the lies about her and Kanye," a source tells PEOPLE, adding that the 35-year-old beauty was even considering to take legal action to set the record straight. "They are very much still dating," the so-called insider assures.

As for the reports that Irina turned down Kanye's invitation to Paris, the source debunks it. "That's just not true. Kanye went to Paris for the Balenciaga show to support Demna [Gvasalia]. He was in and out, only there for 3 hours," the source explains.

Irina and Kanye reportedly even still spent time together in San Fransisco, where he's currently working, for the Fourth of July weekend. A source tells TMZ that they were not trying to hide it when they dined out together at the fancy restaurant, Mourad.

The source gushes that the blossoming romance is "as hot as ever." Afterward, Kanye took off to Paris for the Balenciaga show during Fashion Week.

Irina reportedly friend-zoned Kanye after she didn't come to Paris for a couture show with him earlier this month. "She likes him as a friend, but doesn't want a relationship with him," a source told the New York Post's Page Six at the time.

The source explained, "She doesn't want the association that they are dating, which is what would have run in the press if she showed up (in Paris with him). It would have been another month of news saying that they are dating." It was additionally claimed that "she doesn't want to be linked with anyone right now. She is happy being single."

The rumored couple was previously spotted together when she joined him to celebrate his 44th birthday in France.
