AceShowbiz - The talk about JT's hair at the 2021 BET Awards has yet to end. The City Girls member's wig became the talk of the town as many social media users made fun of her distinct hairline when she graced the red carpet at the award-giving event on Sunday, June 27.
Further clowning the raptress was a Twitter user named @iam_azrya, who shared an edited version of JT's photo at the event. In her edit, JT rocked a bun with baby hairs laid down. The user also made JT's eyebrows thinner. "I just did what had to be done," the fan captioned her edit.
The femcee immediately caught wind of the edit and blasted the fan for ruining her look. "You actually made me look a mess," JT showed her disapproval. "I'm beautiful I don't need to edit myself.Edit them rolls out your neck."
Prior to this, JT also spoke out against trolls who made fun of her hair. "It's always JT wig JT clothes but make sure y'all never leave out JT talent f**k he BS I like what I like do WTF I do!" so the "Twerkulator" raptress wrote on the blue bird app.
In a separate post, she added, "I hope the citizens are proud! We couldn't do it without y'all constantly sticking by us through countless set backs keep going steady with us it's no rush as long as WE get there."
Despite her defense, fans kept insisting that the wig was awful. "Girl the wig was amess," someone noted in an Instagram comment. Some others criticized JT for responding to the trolls. "She swears she unbothered but be pressed after everything she upload online," another person echoed the sentiment.
A fan, meanwhile, urged the raptress to "just celebrate & be in the moment JT!!! Stop addressing bs."
