On the reasons why the Duchess of Cambridge's name isn't listed in the guest list, it is speculated that the feud between Prince William and Prince Harry is likely to be the possible cause.

AceShowbiz - Kate Middleton allegedly has been cut from the guest list of Princess Diana's commemorative statue unveiling. Words on the street are, the "two brothers" were the reason for the Duchess of Cambridge's absence from the public event.

A so-called royal source blamed the drama between Prince William and Prince Harry for Kate's absence from the public unveiling event that will be held on Thursday, July 1. "It was always going to be the two brothers," a royal source told BAZAAR.

Another source spilled to Page Six, "Catherine's absence speaks volumes. I think keeping the numbers down is a perfect 'excuse' for Catherine to stay away." The insider elaborated further, "William is fed up with the drama and Catherine doesn't need to be dragged into this."

"They are planning a private family visit with their children, and that private moment is far more important than the public rhetoric," the inside source claimed. "William is determined that the Sussex drama does not overshadow this important moment of remembrance to his much-missed mother and is keeping that as his focus."

The event takes place on what would have been the late royal's 60th birthday. Kensington Palace released a statement that read, "Prince William and Prince Harry will attend a small event to mark the unveiling of a statue they commissioned of their mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, in the Sunken Garden at Kensington Palace on Thursday 1st July."

"In addition to close family of Diana, Princess of Wales, members of the statue committee, the sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley, and garden designer, Pip Morrison, will also be present," the statement continued.

Additionally, there have been continuous rumors and reports about the feud between the two princes. In an article published by Daily Mail, the two brothers were reported to have been seen fighting "fiercely" at Prince Philip's funeral.

At first, William and Harry were seen having a friendly chat while walking with Kate Middleton and other royal family members from St George Chapel to cross the crossyard. However, "within minutes of the siblings getting inside the castle and beyond camera vision. They started quarreling again," according to the outlet.

One alleged longtime friend said, "There they were, at each other's throats as fiercely as ever." The source added of the siblings' rivalry, "The rage and anger between those two has grown so incredibly deep. Too many harsh and wounding things have been said."

It has been long reported that Meghan Markle is the main cause of William and Harry's conflict. When the Duchess of Sussex was accused of bullying royal staff, the Duke of Cambridge reportedly deemed her as "that bloody woman." He reportedly made the statement during a conversation with friends as saying, "But look at the way that bloody woman treated my staff - merciless!"
