The 'Pretty Little Liars' alum's husband Patrick J. Adams, meanwhile, claims that he decided to deliver their baby himself because there was 'no room for panic.'

AceShowbiz - Troian Bellisario has offered more details about the arrival of her newborn daughter. A few weeks after welcoming her second child with husband Patrick J. Adams, the "Pretty Little Liars" alum divulged that she gave birth to their baby inside her car in a hospital parking lot.

The 35-year-old shared their story in the Thursday, June 10, episode of "Katie's Crib" podcast. She first revealed that her contractions came close together early one morning, prompting her and her husband to head to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

"I'm starting to have to push my seatbelt away from me," she recalled. "I'm in a lot of pain, but I'm also like, 'I can't be in this position anymore.' "

Her husband Patrick then chimed in, "As soon as I hit the button and grab the ticket, she's screaming." He further detailed, "I whip around, and by the time I turn my head around, Troian is already [fully on her] hands and knees ... and we've gone nuclear."

By the time Patrick pulled up to the ER entrance, he quickly asked a security guard for help. He explained, "I get up to the guy and I say, 'It's all happening, in the car. You need to get the wheelchair down here, we need the people, all the people! All the professionals! It's happening!' "

At that time, Troian knew that the baby was coming so she screamed to Patrick to take her pants off. "She is still on all fours, butt facing the windshield," Patrick recounted. "Her butt's at my head level, so I just go and pull down her pants, and [the baby's] head is right there."

Realizing that he had no choice but to deliver their baby himself, the former "Suits" star said, "There was no room for panic... You just need to deal with this situation." And after only about three minutes, he noted, "One more push and the baby was all the way out."

"As soon as I turn her upside down, she starts crying and screaming," Patrick continued, before Troian added, "I just look over my shoulder, because I'm still on all fours... and I see Patrick holding her upside down, and she's wailing, so I was like, 'She's alive, she's OK. She's breathing.' "

Troian and Patrick, who also share 2-year-old daughter Aurora, welcomed baby Elliot on May 15. They confirmed the happy news on June 4. Taking to Instagram, the second-time mom put out a black-and-white picture of herself cradling the infant. She captioned it, "Ms Elliot Rowena Adams joined us on May 15th under the wildest of circumstances. A whole new ERA for this family. Welcome, my love."

As for Patrick, he turned to his own Instagram page to post a photo of the baby girl clutching his finger. In the accompaniment of the snap, he raved, "+1…..Welcome to the funhouse, Ms. Elliot Rowena Adams. May your life be as unique and exciting as your arrival."
