AceShowbiz - Al Roker is unable to hide his happiness over Courtney Roker's nuptials to Wesley Richard. When celebrating the special day, the "Today" weather forecaster described the wedding day of his eldest daughter as a "perfect magical evening."
On Saturday, June 5, the TV personality shared a series of photos from the event, which was held on Friday at The Ashford Estate in Allentown, New Jersey, on his Instagram feed. "A perfect magical evening being there for the marriage of my first princess @ouichefroker and @djweslaga with @debrobertsabc and #maidofhonor @cleilapatra and #groomsman @nick.roker155," the 66-year-old wrote in the caption.
In the first photo of the Saturday post, Al was seen posing next to his wife Deborah Roberts as well as Courtney and her husband Wesley. The veteran weatherman wore a black suit while his 60-year-old wife looked stunning in a strapless magenta gown.
The second photo showed Courtney standing between her siblings, 22-year-old Leila Roker and 18-year-old Nicholas Albert Roker. In the last slide, Al included a sweet black-and-white snap of his father-daughter dance with the bride.
The wedding ceremony was also attended by Al's "Today" show colleagues. The weather newscaster posted a group photo with his wife Deborah, his kids Leila and Nick, Craig Melvin, Sheinelle Jones and Dylan Dreyer. "Today" co-anchor Hoda Kotb also raved over the party in an Instagram post. Along with a series of snaps from the occasion, she went on to admit that the wedding was a "Magical night."
Courtney herself took to her Instagram page to express her joy over the big day. "Last night was beyond anything I could ever imagine. I celebrated my love for my husband, and felt the love from everyone. My heart is filled with happiness and filled with joy. And I gotta say my husbands dance moves aint too shabby. Now on to the honeymoon [love]," she captioned her Instagram post alongside a portrait of her dancing with her husband.
Offering more photos from the ceremony, Courtney uploaded a picture of herself and Wesley smiling widely in a separate post. The adorable photo was captioned, "My next chapter [love]." The bride looked stunning in a sleeveless white ball gown with floral embellishments and layers of tulle. She completed her look with a diamond-adorned tiara. Meanwhile, the groom looked dapper in a dark navy suit and a white button-down shirt. He also wore a black tie and matching shoes.
