"Willin To Accept When I'm Wrong & Stand Firm When I'm Right," the "ZEZE" hitmaker began her post featuring a picture of Nipsey, who died in a shooting accident on March 31, 2019. "The Whole World Know Your Example Was A Guiding Light. I Pray Your Fam Light & Accept This Humble Apology In My Kite."

Concluding his message, Kodak wrote, "I Saw Your Vision But I Notice That My Words Are Often Misinterpreted. People were thrilled to see Kodak owning up to his mistake with T.I., who was among those who called out Kodak for his remarks about Lauren, commenting, "That's solid." A fan echoed the sentiment, "At least he apologized. He's learning. Sometimes you have to sit back and think about what you did or what you said. Most people don't apologize when they are wrong."
