AceShowbiz - An Indianapolis rapper has been shot and killed by police during a car chase. The local artist known as Sean Da Don or Sean Reed, live-streamed the whole incident that went down on Wednesday, May 6 via Facebook Live, much to his fans' horror.

According to MTO News, the car chase began as Indianapolis Metropolitan Police noticed Sean speeding and driving recklessly on Interstate 65. They tried to pull him over, but he didn't stop. Instead, the rapper pulled out his camera and started live-streaming the police car chase. Bragging about it, he wrote on the Facebook video, "High speed chase lol."

After police pursued the vehicle off an exit ramp for about 15 minutes, Sean hopped out of his car and ran away while still holding his phone. The police department says officers shouted at him to stop, but he still ignored it.

When a cop attempted to fire a taser during the foot pursuit, the officers claimed they saw Sean brandishing a firearm and exchanged fire with the officers. He was shot and killed by officers around 6:15 P.M., according to the report.

Meanwhile, the video shows Sean on the ground after being tased before several shots were heard. As the phone continued recording, the cops were heard laughing at the dying man and poking fun at him with one of them saying, "looks like it's going to be a close casket homie." One of the officers was seen in the video before he turned off the Live.

After the video of Sean shooting went viral, people took to social media to express their disgust. "Wtf be going on," a shocked user wrote. Someone who saw the incident on Live reacted, "i literally just left his live. it's so sad, they must've thought his other phone was a gun or something. they shot him like 13x i think, and then people were like the cops were laughing, making jokes, and said 'it’s going to be a closed casket.' "

Some others, on the other hand, blamed Sean for running away from cops. "Why was he running from the cops in the first place?" one asked, while another similarly commented, "He clearly thinks s**t is a joke. Who is going to go live while running from the police? Smh RIP."
