The cookbook author claps back at online trolls who body shame her over her new bikini selfie, with one rude commenter saying she's 'shaped like sponge bob.'

AceShowbiz - Chrissy Teigen loves her body before anyone else does and she has let everyone know that their judgment doesn't matter to her. The model, who has several times been featured in the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, has hit back at Internet trolls who criticized her over her "square" body in a new bikini selfie.

On Sunday, April 26, the "Lip Sync Battle" co-host shared on Twitter a video of her rocking a black bikini with a very low-cut, flaunting her ample cleavage. She seductively posed in front of the mirror and jokingly said in the video, "I never post thirst traps, but here I am... trapping you, in thirst... with thirst." She added in the caption, "don't get too trapped."

Chrissy Teigen Claps Back at Trolls Body-Shaming Her Over 'Square' Body

Chrissy Teigen is body-shamed after posting a bikini selfie.

But instead of being impressed by her confidence, some people trolled the wife of John Legend over her shape. "Shaped like sponge bob lol," one mean user tweeted. Another hater wrote, "Boobs are sagging," while someone else claimed Chrissy's "built like Wendy Williams."

Noticing these rude comments, Chrissy didn't stay silent. She responded to the haters as writing below the video, "Everyone used to....surgically enhanced curves." Taking pride in her natural shape, she said, "I've been a square my whole life and let me tell you, it's paid off nicely in many ways!"

She went on adding in another comment, "Imagine if one day I showed up with hips and an a**. Ooooo you guys would be pissed then too!" She also wrote, "I'm happy, John's happy, we all happy and doing a-okay!"

Jameela Jamil, an avid advocate for "body neutrality," tweeted an uplifting message to Chrissy, "I loved the video. Didn't see shape. Just saw fire." The 34-year-old mother of two replied, "Thank u :( I've gotten used to my right angle bod, you'd think people have seen it enough that it doesn't shock them anymore but nope lol."

Another user defended the cookbook author, "I'm sorry everyone is being so rude to you - you're so beautiful inside and out." To this, Chrissy responded, "It's ok I've been a rectangle my whole life and it's gotten me pretty far!"
