When talking about her group's successful comeback, The Pussycat Dolls member recalls being forced to isolate in her hotel room in the U.K. when the COVID-19 lockdown began.

AceShowbiz - The Pussycat Dolls star Carmit Bachar feared she'd be forced to isolate away from her daughter when the COVID-19 lockdown began.

Speaking to Mr. Warburton magazine, the singer revealed the group was on a promotional tour in Europe for new single "React", when the coronavirus lockdown forced her to isolate in her hotel room in the U.K., away from her family.

"I was quarantined in my hotel room in the U.K., terrified that they would close the borders," she said. "I was worried for myself, our fans and especially for my family at home. We didn't know if we could get out."

Her biggest concern was her eight-year-old daughter Keala Rose, as she explained she had "never been away" from her "that long. I have shed tears over leaving her and until now our schedule has been insane."

Fortunately for the "Don't Cha" star, she was able to secure a flight and head back to the U.S. to isolate with her family at home.

Reflecting on the Pussycat Dolls' hugely successful comeback, Carmit added, "The ladies and I have all been through so much, sharing our very life-altering issues from Nicole's bulimia, Jessica's sobriety, and my lifelong struggle with my cleft (palate)."

"All of us together have leaned on each other and have so much respect for everything we have been through, it has made us stronger as women and performers."

The group, which was set to hit the road for a series of comeback shows this month, dubbed "Unfinished Business", has postponed the concerts to October amid the global health crisis.
