AceShowbiz - Ramona Singer is doubtful about Tinsley Mortimer's decision to get married to Scott Kluth in the near future. Months after her fellow cast member on "The Real Housewives of New York City" got engaged to her on-and-off boyfriend, the TV personality got candid about her opinion over their relationship.

"It's the right move for her. Is it the right move? I don't know," the 63-year-old entrepreneur told Us Weekly when asked to weigh in on Mortimer's engagement. "No one can make a decision. The pattern hasn't been good. So I hope that the pattern doesn't continue, but I know he really wanted her to be with him."

Despite her skepticism, the "Life on the Ramona Coaster" author acknowledged Kluth's commitment to Mortimer. "He really made accommodations for her," she pointed out. "I mean women, we love our clothes and usually men … don't give you any room in their closet. You're going to need to put in a clothing rack."

On how she knew that the CouponCabin.com CEO was serious, Singer went on to spill that Kluth has "actually built her a huge closet, which to me, is a commitment." She added, "That's not even a ring. A ring you can give back. A closet, you're spending money on doing a closet, that means you want that person around."

Kluth popped the question to Mortimer in late November 2019. At the time, a video of the pair's special moment in front of the Chicago Water Tower surfaced online. The clip captured the time he got down on one knee while a group of Christmas carolers sang Christina Perri's "A Thousand Years".

"It took Tinsley a few seconds to figure out what was going on, but then Scott got down on one knee. He'd organized the whole thing with the carolers in advance," a source told Page Six about the proposal. "She was totally surprised. Her friends sort of knew something was coming, but it really did take her by surprise."
