The 55-year-old British prime minister has popped the big question to his longtime girlfriend Carrie Symonds who is currently carrying their first child together.

AceShowbiz - British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his longtime girlfriend, Carrie Symonds, are engaged and expecting their first child together.
The 55 year old has been linked to 31-year-old Symonds, an environmental campaigner and former political official for the Conservative Party, of which Johnson is leader, since late 2018, following his separation from second wife Marina Wheeler.
After the news was announced on Saturday, February 29, 2020, Symonds took to her private Instagram account to share a personal message with her loved ones.
Alongside a photo of herself smiling while Johnson planted a kiss on her cheek, she wrote, "Many of you already know but for my friends that still don't, we got engaged at the end of last year... and we've got a baby hatching early summer. Feel incredibly blessed."
Johnson will become the first British prime minister to marry while in office in 250 years, while their baby will be the first born to an incumbent leader since the August, 2010 arrival of David and Samantha Cameron's daughter, Florence Rose Endellion.
Johnson already has four kids with Wheeler, from whom he is currently estranged, while he also fathered a child during an affair with art consultant Helen Macintyre.
