The 'Love and Hip Hop: New York' star claps back at accusation that she's abandoning her foster child Infinity after her husband Mendeecees Harris was released from jail.

AceShowbiz - Yandy Smith isn't staying silent when someone is hurting her children's feelings. The reality TV star has fired back at Internet trolls who have accused her of abandoning her foster child Infinity, something which she deemed crossing the line.

The "Love & Hip Hop: New York" star mentored and then adopted Infinity two years ago. However, since her husband Mendeecees Harris' release from jail, her followers noted that the teen girl has been missing from her Instagram photos.

Recently, Mendeecees posted on his own account a picture of their family outing, but Infinity was nowhere to be seen with them. "Having a place to go is a home. Having someone to love is a family. Having both is a BLESSING. Family is everything," he captioned the photo showing him and Yandy with their two children, 5-year-old Skylar and 7-year-old Omere. He added, "Thank u for all of y'all welcomes.. they're really appreciated and it doesn't go unnoticed!!"

People then took to the comment section to ask why Infinity didn't join them. "Where is her adopted daughter?" one user asked. "I hope she doesn't get pushed aside now that he's home." Another added, "So Yandy booted the little girl."

Seeing this, Yandy quickly responded to the accusation. "That's funny?" she wrote back. "How do you think she'd feel reading you say this. Of course it's not true but how do you think it would make a CHILD feel?!!!! Kids should be off-limits. Damn. It be your own kind."

Yandy was released on January 29 after spending four years behind bars on drug charges. He will reportedly spend the remaining nine months of his sentence in either a halfway house, house arrest or a combination of the two.

A spokesman for the federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed to Bossip in late last month that the 41-year-old was transferred from the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Fairton in New Jersey to the New York Residential Reentry Management Office, which supervises felons as they transition back into society through "residential reentry centers," house arrest, short term jail stints, and halfway houses.
