AceShowbiz - Bill Gates' daughter is hearing the wedding bells. On Wednesday, January 29, Jennifer Gates announced that she has gotten engaged to Egyptian equestrian athlete Nayel Nassar after he popped the question in "the most meaningful place."
Turning to Instagram to share the big news, the daughter of the Microsoft Corporation co-founder posted a sweet photo of her and her new fiance in a snow covered field. "Nayel Nassar, you are one of a kind," she wrote in an accompanying caption. "Absolutely swept me off my feet this past weekend, surprising me in the most meaningful location over one of our many shared passions."
"I can't wait to spend the rest of our lives learning, growing, laughing and loving together," the 23-year-old medical student continued on. "Yes a million times over. AHHH!!!"
Nayel has also made use of his photo-sharing platform to break the happy news. "SHE SAID YES!! I'm feeling like the luckiest (and happiest) man in the world right about now," he raved alongside photos of them starring lovingly at each other. "Jenn, you are everything I could have possibly imagined..and so much more."
"I can't wait to keep growing together through this journey called life, and I simply can't imagine mine without you anymore," he went on to add. "Love you more than you can possibly imagine, and thank you for making every single day feel like a dream to me. Here's to forever!" One of his shared photos gave a closer look at Jennifer's diamond ring.
Nayel's loving tribute has gotten a positive response from Jennifer, who wrote back in the comment section, "Yep crying again its fine life is perfect rn you're everything to me." Jennifer's own post, in the meantime, led "The Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco to share her congratulatory message that read, "Oh em gee!!!!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!"
Jennifer and Nayel have reportedly been in a relationship since 2016. They were said to have bonded over their love for horse riding. Nayel himself is a member of the Egyptian equestrian team that won the Nations Cup competition in October 2019, securing a spot for his country at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics for the first time in 60 years.
