AceShowbiz - Tyler, the Creator won his first Grammy Award at the Sunday, January 26 ceremony, so it was only natural that people close to him sent him congratulatory messages. Among them was Jaden Smith, who reignited their dating rumors in the process.
Bragging about the "Yonkers" rapper's win at the biggest music award-giving event, Jaden kept things short and simple as he wrote on Twitter, "My Boyfriend Just Won A Grammy." He didn't mention who he was talking about, but it was clear that the son of Will Smith was referring to Tyler.
Some people were sure that Jaden was merely joking with the tweet, though some others wondered if the two are dating. There were also a number of people who joked that his "other boyfriend," Justin Bieber, would be jealous because of the post. "Don't let Justin see this," someone commented, as one said, "Justin Bieber has left the chat."
For those who need a reminder, Jaden and Justin were once joking that they're in a relationship after the former declared that Tyler was his boyfriend at Camp Flog Gnaw in November 2018. Tyler, at the time, denied they were dating.
Tyler won Best Rap Album for his album "IGOR", besting the likes of Meek Mill and 21 Savage, at the ceremony taking place at Staples Center in Los Angeles. During his acceptance speech, he said that he had "never fully felt accepted" in the rap music community.
He also gave a shout-out to Pharrell Williams as saying, "Growing up feeling left to center to a lot of stuff that I saw on TV, that man has allowed me to be comfortable with myself and has opened up doors that you guys cannot imagine, before I met him and when I met him, so thank you P. I love y'all."
