According to the VH1 personality's attorney, Paris Gates suffers injuries that include 'a black eye, scratches and contusions all around the side of her face' due to the attack.

AceShowbiz - Sierra Gates is left fuming after learning of what happened to her teen daughter, Paris Gates, at school on January 22. A cellphone video has surfaced showing Paris Gates getting involved in a fight with another student's parent inside a bathroom at North Atlanta High School.
In the blurry video, Paris was shown being attacked by the parent as her friend tried to prevent her from attacking back. According to reports, the fight stemmed from an argument between the 14-year-old girl and another student in the morning. All hell broke loose during lunch break, after the other student allegedly helped her mother get onto the campus so that she could help her attack Paris.
Sierra later confirmed to local news site that her 14-year-old daughter was injured due to the fight and questioned about how the parent got involved. "I was heartbroken. I've been crying all day," the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star said. "To see that her safety is not assure at school is very scary to me."
Her attorney later detailed the injuries Paris suffered, "The injuries were caused by the parent. A black eye, scratches and contusions all around the side of her face and the back of her head." He went on to add, "That's a severe concern, not only for my client Ms. Gates, but also other parents of students who attend North Atlanta High School."
Atlanta Public School police are currently investigating the case, as Sierra wants everyone, including the school, to be held accountable.
Paris is Sierra's first daughter. She got pregnant with her kid at 15 years old, prompting her to get drop out of high school and get kicked out of home. In order to provide for her daughter, she found a job at the South De Kalb Mall as a makeup artist. Her job led her to begin a career in the beauty industry at the age of 16.
