Sia Ridiculed Over 'Horrible' Live Performance at Kardashians' Christmas Party

Because the 'Cheap Trills' singer sounds so different when performing 'Chandelier' at the bash, one even thinks that she sends her body double to perform in her stead.

AceShowbiz - The Kardashian clan threw their annual Christmas party on Tuesday night, December 24, and this time around, they hired Sia Furler to perform at the event. Footage of the singer's live performance soon made its way out on the Internet, but unlike guests at the bash who seemed to enjoy her set, other people did not at all.

In a video shared by Khloe Kardashian on Instagram Stories, Sia could be seen delivering a rendition of her hit "Chandelier" inside a life-size present box. Meanwhile, a female dancer showed off her moves beside the singer who continued hitting the high notes during the chorus part of her song. For the set, she covered her eyes in a red-and-green wig complete with a matching dress.

Seeing the video, many were surprised by how different she sounded from "Chandelier" studio version. This prompted them to ridicule the "Cheap Trills" singer since they thought her performance was horrible. "That sound horrible and Maddie better not get hurt dancing around Stormi house smh," one user commented. Another claimed s/he could sing the song better in the showers, while one person was convinced that Sia "must be drunk already."

"This is a joke right sound like she don't know her own song," one other said in confusion. Someone speculated that it wasn't Sia who performed at the party, "Girl I think she sent her stunt double thinking we wouldn't notice." Another quipped, "Maybe her voice already in 2020, cause it ain't here." There was also an individual who joked, "They shoulda called me if that's the voice they needed bc wtf."

This year, Kardashians' annual Christmas party was held at Kourtney Kardashian's house. Among the attendees were Kylie Jenner and her daughter Stormi, who went matching in custom-made Ralph & Russo emerald green silk dresses.
