AceShowbiz - Amy Roloff is saying goodbye to the Rollof Farms, three years after her divorce from Matt. The "Little People, Big World" star took to Instagram Stories over the weekend to reveal that she is moving to a new house along with her fiance Chris Marek.
In the post, she revealed that even though she had long been planning the move, she is still not fully ready yet. "Today is the day, Sunday, I am moving. Packers are here, they are moving all the big stuff. I have lots to pack," Amy said, giving her followers a look at her kitchen, dining room and living room filled with boxes and other items. "I'm packing up all my mugs. I collect a lot of mugs."
However, Amy didn't take all her stuff to her new home. "All that stuff, I gotta figure out what to do. Half of it's going to be staying in the house. But today's the day. I am moving!" she exclaimed.
Amy didn't disclose where is her new home, but according to Radar Online, her new home is in Hillsboro, Oregon and is just 15 minutes away from the farm. Her new house reportedly boasts five bedrooms and four bathrooms and takes up an area of 3,767 square feet.
Her move came after she sold her half of the farm to Matt Roloff, as seen in the latest season of "Little People, Big World". Fans were shocked and confused by how it played out, prompting Matt to clarify how the deal went down and pointed out that the whole process was "too laborious" to be shown on television.
He said at the time, "She will remain in her house (and on the farm) and 1 2 owner of our original farm until she decides to leave... At that time we will jointly work to sell the side she lives on together." He later added, "Maybe one of the kids will eventually buy it?? Who knows?"
