Breaking down why she thinks the 'Juice' rapper's revealing attire was 'just wrong,' the talk show host wonders how Lizzo made it through security with her inappropriate outfit.

AceShowbiz - Wendy Williams has weighed in on Lizzo's revealing outfit that sparked a chatter online after the latter's appearance at Los Angeles Lakers vs. Minnesota Timberwolves game on Sunday night, December 8. As social media users are divided on the matter, the TV presenter reveals which side she's on in this debate.

As usual, Wendy expressed her opinion on the issue in an episode of "The Wendy Williams Show" which aired on Tuesday, December 10. She said during "Hot Topics" segment, "Lizzo has a really good career right now, so I understand her happiness. But, in all actuality, you see the thong, right?" as she pointed to the singer's butt-baring outfit, which was shown on the screen behind her. "That's a dress that had the cutout going on, so she was sitting booty down on the seat, booty down in the car and walking booty exposed into the arena."

Wendy wondered how Lizzo could get through the security with such ensemble in the first place, saying, "I would normally think they'd stop her at security and say, 'Ma'am we understand, but there are children here. Games are like a family affair and everyone doesn't want to see all that.' " Making her stance clear, she continued, "Personally speaking, I love Lizzo and I think she's really talented. But, I don't care if this is Lady GaGa, Rihanna, Madonna, it's just wrong! Just wrong! Sorry Lizzo."

While she admitted to "admiring" Lizzo's confidence, the 55-year-old actress/author thought that the "Truth Hurts" hitmaker chose the wrong occasion to wear her revealing attire. "I think there's a time and a place for a cut-out and thong showing," she explained, suggesting that her butt-baring clothes would be better suited for "maybe a Lizzo show, or the strip club, or a nightclub."

Lizzo herself responded to the backlash on Instagram Live on Monday. Remaining unfazed by the criticism, she said, "It doesn't matter what goes on on the internet, nothing really breaks my joy. I'm a really solid grounded person." She added, "This is who I've always been, now everyone's looking at it, and your criticism can remain your criticism. Your criticism has no effect on me, negative criticism has no stake in my life, no control over my life, over my emotions. I'm the happiest I've ever been, I'm surrounded by love, and also want to spread that love, and spread these cheeks."

Realizing that she's "shocking because you've never seen in a long time a body like mine doing whatever it wants to do, and dressing the way that it dresses, and moving the way that it moves," she declared, "I'm not going to shrink myself because somebody thinks that I'm not sexy to them."
