Surveillance video confirms statements from the sandwich shop's owner and other eyewitnesses that the YouTube star was the aggressor in the vicious fight after he confronted two customers at the restaurant.

AceShowbiz - Brother Nature appears to be on the blame for the brutal attack on him in a Miami sandwich shop on Saturday morning, December 7. After footage of the fight went viral, the owner of La Sandwicherie Brickell and several eyewitnesses have spoken up, claiming that the popular social media personality was the aggressor.
Multiple sources tell TMZ that Brother Nature got mad about two things inside the restaurant. He was allegedly upset that he wasn't served at the table where he was seated and because someone inside the restaurant recognized him and was taking video of him.
Confirming the story, the shop's owner tells The Shade Room that Brother Nature came to the restaurant as they were closing. After employees kindly explained that they were closing but he would still be allowed to order food at the counter, Brother Nature allegedly cursed out the employees and demanded to be treated better.
A few patrons then began filming Brother Nature's behavior, which allegedly turned into a separate argument as the Instagram influencer allegedly became upset with the guys filming and asked them to delete the video. The owner says the men refused to delete the video and Brother Nature agreed to fight them outside while his employees attempted to keep things peaceful.
In a surveillance video shared the owner, Brother Nature is seen confronting his two attackers, who looked more than willing to fight, inside the restaurant. The restaurant's manager allegedly asked him to leave the establishment before the fight broke out in the parking lot.
Brother Nature got pummeled during the fight and was left outside, but he later rushed inside to channel his rage at his attackers, who easily knocked him down again. Footage taken by someone inside the restaurant shows him being kicked on the ground, while some patrons just watched the incident. One of the attackers then threw drinks at him.
The owner adds, "The story has gone too far. He posted that as if he was the victim. He tried to crush my restaurant...I'm giving all the footage over to the police and I've called my lawyer." He claims that Brother Nature put his employees in danger and says that he plans on taking legal action in regard to the damage.
After the attack, Brother Nature took to Twitter to show share a video of him putting an ice pack on his swollen lips. He appeared to be still in good spirits though, smiling while swaying his hand to the camera.
He also lashed out at people at the restaurant who didn't come to help him during the fight, tweeting, "I know there's a video out of me getting jumped, everyone in the pizza shop literally just watched, with their phones out, and did nothing. Oh well."
