Davaughn and Jeffrey Tate, along with a third suspect, are taken into police custody in their involvement in the violent fight that killed a high schooler in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

AceShowbiz - Two teenagers who share the same father with rapper NBA YoungBoy were arrested. 18-year-old Davaughn Tate and 16-year-old Jeffrey Tate were taken into police custody in connection to a deadly shooting that caused the death of a Belaire High School student in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

On Monday, December 2, 17-year-old Javon Brown was approached by three boys of his age while he was walking home from school in East Baton Rouge Parish. They got into a fight and Davaughn allegedly pulled a gun and shot Javon who later died of his fatal injuries at Louisiana hospital.

The three boys fled the scene. The Tate Brothers were suspected to be involved in the violent fight after one of them checked himself into a local hospital due to a non-fatal gunshot injury. After treated and discharged from the hospital, he was questioned by police and booked into the juvenile detention center.

The two brothers, along with a third suspect 16-year-old Kevon Anderson, have all been arrested. Jeffrey was charged with the principal to second-degree murder, principal to illegal use of a weapon, and simple battery. Davaughn was booked for second-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon.

NBA YoungBoy, whose real name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, hasn't commented on the matter. Instead, he posted a picture on Bhad Bhabie (Danielle Bregoli)'s Instagram. She revealed the photo was uploaded by YoungBoy after she was mocked for the grammatical error in the caption.

YoungBoy himself was arrested in 2016 for an attempted murder after opening fire on a group of people on the street in his hometown. The 20-year-old rapper is currently on probation. James Manasseh, the lawyer who previously represented him, now represents the two Tate brothers.
