The Detroit rapper is most likely responding to the former 'America's Got Talent' host who said he 'went looking' for Em after he dissed his then-wife Mariah.

AceShowbiz - Just because Eminem doesn't diss Nick Cannon as much these days, that doesn't mean the two stars have buried the hatchet. Instead, the Detroit rapper reminds people how much he despises Nick through his verse on Fat Joe's new song "Lord Above", which also features Mary J. Blige.

Not only Nick, but Eminem also brings up his ex-wife Mariah Carey in his verse on the gospel-themed song. "I know me and Mariah didn't end on a high note/ But that other dude's whipped, that p***y got him neutered/ Tryna tell him his chicks a nut 'fore he got his jewels clipped," he raps. "Almost got my caboose kicked/ Fool, quit, you not gon' do s**t/ I let her chop my balls off too before I lost to you, Nick."

Em is most likely responding to Nick's remarks on T.I.'s "ExpediTIously" podcast series. At the time, the former "America's Got Talent" host said that "he went looking" for Em after the latter dissed his then-wife. "I called managers... I gotta show my wife I'm a man," he said. "I said, 'I know I'm not gonna be able to out rap you but I will whoop your a**," Nick recalled.

Em and Nick's beef dated back to 2009, when the latter was still married to Mariah. Em started it out by calling the then-couple out on his song "Bagpipes From Bagdad", before the two men started dissing each other as they years went on and even proposed a fight. Things eventually died down after that.

Back to "Lord Above", the song is included on Fat Joe's new album "Family Ties". He previously said of Em's verse on the song, "Imma give you one line Eminem says in the song. It's the most disrespectful song. Yo, Eminem has not rhymed like this in years. I thought of one right now. He said he's a 'unicorn in the human form!' "
