The 'Karma' singer is relieved that her YouTube star beau knows and was able to perform the Heimlich maneuver on her 4-year-old son CJ when he had a piece of ham stuck in his throat.

AceShowbiz - Queen Naija's Thanksgiving almost ended up with a trip to ER. The 24-year-old singer/songwriter revealed that her son Christopher Jeremiah Sails a.k.a. CJ choked on ham, possibly during her family dinner during the holiday, Thursday, November 28. Fortunately, her boyfriend Clarence White was there to save the little boy.
The former "American Idol" hopeful took to Twitter to share the harrowing incident. "The fact that Clare just calmly performed CPR on Cj he had a piece of ham stuck in his little throat .. Clare got to him before me. I need to revamp my skills," she posted on the micro-blogging site. "One of my worst fears is my kids choking," she added in another tweet.
She later clarified that her YouTube star boyfriend performed the Heimlich maneuver, not CPR as she mentioned before, to push out the object that blocked CJ's airway. The R&B songstress, however, still stressed the need of mastering CPR as she wrote, "It's seriously so important to know .. especially when you have kids . Or you can save someone's life you don't know."
CJ is Queen's song from her previous marriage to Chris Sails. She married her high school sweetheart in October 2014 and they welcomed their first child on February 17, 2015. They split up in 2017 after Chris had an affair with another woman.
Queen began dating Clarence in 2018 and the couple announced they're expecting their first child together later in the same year. Their son, Legend Lorenzo Wite, was born on January 29 of this year.
Queen has been sharing everything about the joy and struggles of motherhood on Twitter. Having just done with the choking drama, she is now giving an extra care to her second son Legend as she revealed that the 11-year-old infant is having a fever. "My poor baby legend has a fever and he can't even keep his head up he's so weak. (It’s from teething) I gave him medicine pray for my moot," she tweeted on Friday.
