The 'You Need to Calm Down' hitmaker is reportedly going to make a powerful statement at the upcoming American Music Awards with her celebrity supporters.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift is reportedly planning to unite some of her closest pals to musically fight back against Scooter Braun at the 2019 American Music Awards (AMAs) on Sunday, November 24.

The "ME!" hitmaker will perform a medley of hits at the ceremony, before she's presented with the Artist of the Decade honour by music icon Carole King.

Last week, however, the star hit headlines when she claimed music moguls Braun and Scott Borchetta, her former record label boss who sold Taylor's masters to the executive, blocked her from performing her old tunes at the event.

And while Big Machine Label Group bosses denied the allegations and later publicly gave permission for the "Shake It Off" star to use the tracks, insiders told the New York Post's gossip column Page Six that Swift will fight back against the executives in her performance and speech.

One source said, "Taylor will turn her AMA performance into a huge moment, and a powerful message."

"We are expecting to see artists such as Selena join her on stage as part of a fierce show of female artistic strength and empowerment," they added, claiming Ke$ha and Halsey could also make appearances.

"Then, when accepting her award, Taylor will likely make a statement about artists being able to own their masters, the music they created, and how she feels she has been treated by Scooter and Scott."

They continued, "Her friends are all going to be pushing her message on the red carpet. Taylor's going to play dirty with elegance and grace."

However, according to reports Braun won't be present at the ceremony, as he'll be supporting his artist Ariana Grande at her gig in Miami, Florida.
