Erin Foster, who got engaged to Simon Tikhman in August, opens up about her plans for her upcoming wedding, admitting that 'the time frame is the most challenging thing.'

AceShowbiz - Actress, reality TV star, and producer Erin Foster will ring in 2020 as a married woman.
The 37-year-old, whose father is music mogul David Foster, became engaged to her boyfriend Simon Tikhman in August, and the couple is wasting no time in heading to the altar as its wedding is set to take place on New Year's Eve (December 31).
Erin reveals she and her new fiance are eager to kickstart their lives as husband and wife as soon as possible, so they decided to fast-track their wedding - much to the annoyance of some of their family and friends.
"I think the timeframe is the most challenging thing. Having a wedding date during the holidays is really complicated," the bride-to-be tells People.com.
"You only get one chance and you just want it (to be perfect); it's mostly the thing that haunts you," she shares. "You want it to be great for everybody else. You want everyone to have an amazing experience."
To enable a smoother planning process, Erin and Simon have decided not to have a full bridal party: "It's too complicated," she says.
However, Erin will have her older sister Sara Foster by her side as her maid of honour, and the 38-year-old will be breaking tradition by wearing a white Monique Lhuillier gown which was actually designed as a wedding dress - all with the bride's approval.
The wedding will be the second big marriage celebration for the Foster family this year - Erin's dad tied the knot with singer/actress Katharine McPhee in London in June.
