Two Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, Anthony 'Harv' Ellison and Aljermiah 'Nuke' Mack, have been found guilty of various crimes, after the 'FEFE' hitmaker testified in the trial.

AceShowbiz - Tekashi69 a.k.a. 6ix9ine's testimony has led to guilty verdicts for two of his former associates. On Thursday, October 3, jurors found reputed Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, Anthony "Harv" Ellison and Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack, guilty of various crimes in the gang case.

The jurors took 10 hours to deliberate before coming up with the decision. Ellison, who is 6ix9ine's former bodyguard, was found guilty of kidnapping the rapper, but acquitted of using a weapon during the July 2018 abduction. He was also found guilty of racketeering conspiracy, maiming and assault. He faces life behind bars when he is sentenced on February 26, 2020.

His attorney Deveraux Cannick was obviously displeased with the verdict, questioning how jurors could find his client not guilty of using a weapon in 6ix9ine's kidnapping but convict him in the abduction. "If you believed he was kidnapped, you should believe there was a gun," Cannick said.

Mack, meanwhile, was found guilty of racketeering conspiracy and narcotics trafficking. He also avoided a firearms conviction. He could spend up to 20 years in prison when he's sentenced on February 19. Mack's lawyer Louis Fasulo said that his client plans to appeal the conviction. "Obviously he's disappointed," he said after the guilty verdict.

6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, wasn't the only main witness during the trial. Another former gang member turned government witness, Kristian Cruz, also assisted during the trial. Cruz claimed he once held the rank of "five-star general" in the gang and had sold millions of dollars of drugs.

6ix9ine was arrested on racketeering charges in November 2018. He pled guilty to nine charges and faced a minimum of 47 years in prison, but he cut a deal in return for his full cooperation. He reportedly has turned down an offer to get into the witness protection program once he's released in hopes of getting back to the music industry.
