The former 'Frasier' actor and his ex, Camille Grammer, have been locked in a bitter battle in family court over the private school tuition fees of their son Jude.

AceShowbiz - Kelsey Grammer and his ex-wife have agreed a new custody deal ending a feud over their son's private school fees.

The Grammers have found themselves facing off against one another in family court over co-parenting disputes several times since finalising their divorce in 2011, but now it appears their latest squabble has been resolved.

According to court papers obtained by The Blast on Thursday, September 5, the former "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star has come to an agreement with the "Frasier" actor over their son Jude's private school tuition.

The exes have agreed to split the fees for an elite college-preparatory boarding school that Jude attends, with Camille Donatacci forking over at least $32,000 (£26,000) annually to cover the costs.

Camille and Kelsey have also committed to keeping discussions around visitation with Jude and his sister Mason open.
