Isaiah Silva has accused the Hole rocker of masterminding a house break-in and murder attempt in order to take back Kurt Cobain's prized guitar he took during divorce battle.

AceShowbiz - Courtney Love has obtained an order to force her daughter's ex to sit for a psychiatric examination as part of a legal battle over Kurt Cobain's most famous guitar.
Love insists Frances Bean Cobain's former husband, Isaiah Silva, should have his mental health evaluated after he alleged that she and others were conspiring to kill him to get the prized instrument back after he took it during his divorce battle.
The process has been approved by legal officials overseeing the case and will reportedly take place on Tuesday, July 30.
Silva was awarded ownership of the guitar in his divorce settlement from Frances in 2018 but claims the Hole rocker masterminded a house break-in, kidnap, and even a murder attempt, so she could get the item back, which he was given by his wife as a wedding gift.
In his lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, he alleges Sam Lutfi - Britney Spears' one-time manager - and two other men broke into his home and assaulted him, and he believes Love was behind the attack on his life.
He is asking for unspecified damages.
