Seeking damages in excess of $100,000, Kiara Belen claims her nearly completely naked body was shown without her consent in an episode of Bravo's 'Shahs of Sunset'.

AceShowbiz - Ryan Seacrest is facing legal action from a former "America's Next Top Model" contestant who claims she was filmed nude without permission on a reality show his firm produced.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Kiara Belen claims she unwittingly appeared in an episode Bravo's "Shahs of Sunset" on 30 July.

The episode was centred around cast member Golnesa Gharachedaghi a.k.a. "GG" participating as a runway model at an event during the 2016 Fall Los Angeles Fashion Week.

Belen claims she appeared in the episode twice and both instances were embarrassing for her as one cast member on the show refers to her as a "b**ch," and in another she claims she was shown, "while changing clothes in a private dressing area designated for the female models in the fashion show, with her nearly completely nude body completely exposed and being filmed."

The model is suing the "American Idol" host's firms Ryan Seacrest Products, Ryan Seacrest Enterprises, as well as "Shahs of Sunset" U.S. network, Bravo. She is seeking damages in excess of $100,000 (£82,000).

According to the court documents, the model claims that she did not consent to being filmed and "broadcast to millions of viewers" and was "absolutely mortified" to learn she had appeared on screen after being contacted by friends.

Belen is especially angry as she was a few months pregnant at the time of filming and "was dealing with the challenge of her body changing as a result, leading to a period of great insecurity."
